In a sizeable and complex residential basement construction project in the heart of Chelsea, our team and trusted supply chain successfully navigated multiple challenges to deliver the project on-schedule and to exact specification.

This site required multiple interventions, from temporarily supporting the property off its foundations to drawing out the equivalent of ten Olympic swimming pools of water to enable the basement excavation and construction works to take place safely.
