Warehouse Conversion
This project offered a rare abundance of natural light within a vast open residential space.
Although the existing condition of the building presented us with many challenges during our 40-week programme, the ACT team worked carefully with specialist artisans to restore it from a warehouse to a home.
The design of this conversion was client-led, guided by mood boards and site design meetings, and is packed full of unique features. A Roundhouse-designed kitchen anchors the main living space, while a glass-enclosed display in the reception area houses the client’s red Ferrari, coherently infusing their personal style throughout the scheme.

Established in 2012, ACT builds, renovates and cares for prestigious homes.
