Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead the Commercial Team, overseeing cost control, contracts, and tendering to ensure project success while upholding our values and fostering a learning culture.

Project Manager

We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring exceptional delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of ACT projects. This includes cost planning, procurement, financial reporting, risk management, and contract administration.

Site Manager

The Site Manager will establish and oversee all work associated with ACT’s construction sites, effectively managing the completion of all tasks in a safe, diligent, and responsible manner.

People & Culture Manager

As People & Culture Manager at ACT, you will play a key role in shaping and nurturing a high-performance, values-driven culture that empowers our people and drives our business success.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will be a critical support for our Directors, enabling them to focus on strategic business growth by efficiently managing their time and ensuring seamless operations.

Carpenter

We are looking for qualified carpenters with great attention to detail and the right practical skills to contribute to high-quality work on complex residential projects.

Labourer

This role is ideal for experienced, hands-on labourers who take pride in their work, are reliable and proactive, and have the flexibility and drive to support the team across a wide range of site-based activities on high-end residential projects.

The entire recruitment process usually takes 25-35 days, depending on the seniority of the role.

Our head office is based in Hammersmith and the majority of our projects are located in central London, such as Kensington and Chelsea and the City of Westminster.
