Five-Storey Townhouse
Designed by State Studio, this full renovation modernised a five-storey townhouse, balancing period character with contemporary functionality.
The project involved extensive structural alterations, including reinstating a feature staircase, integrating a passenger lift across four floors, and constructing a modern conservatory extension to enhance natural light and garden views.
Internally, the home was transformed with tailor-made joinery, charming decorative panelling and high-spec finishes, creating a natural flow between spaces. Structural works also included excavation and reconfiguration to improve accessibility and efficiency, ensuring the home meets the owners’ long-term needs.
