Taking London Super-Prime to the Home Counties
January welcomed an exciting new chapter for ACT with the appointment of Sam Panteli as Regional Director for ACT Country.
With more than three decades of experience across commercial and residential construction, Sam brings deep leadership expertise and a clear strategic vision. Her role will be instrumental as we extend ACT’s super-prime offering beyond London, delivering the same level of care, craft and precision across the Home Counties.
We sat down with Sam to discuss her vision for ACT Country and what it takes to deliver super-prime homes at the highest level.
From NVQ Student to Site-Ready Specialist
Investing in our people remains central to ACT’s growth, and January marked a proud milestone! After introducing our Level 3 NVQ offering to our on-site teams last year, we’re very proud to have had our first graduation from the programme.
Since joining ACT three years ago as a Carpenter, Zac Driver has progressed to Site Foreman on one of our Holland Park projects. Completing the Level 3 NVQ has strengthened Zac’s leadership and site management skills, while opening new pathways for future progression.
A huge congratulations to Zac! We’re looking forward to seeing more members of our site team follow in his footsteps.

Spotlight on Sites
Fit-out works and design finishes are now well underway at one of our established Eaton Square projects, with each room featuring a distinct design scheme carefully curated to complement the original character of the six-storey Grade II* listed terraced home.
The installation of bespoke, hand-cut and hand-scribed Glithero Botanical Tiles marks a key milestone, already injecting new life into the project. Due to the nature of the cutting process, each tile varies by a few millimetres, requiring ACT’s trademark precision to achieve millimetre-perfect alignment across the design. Now complete, the tiles anchor the room and serve as a striking focal point within the home.
The existing lower-ground floor wellness suite is being transformed into a luxurious, contemporary space, finished with an elegant palette of Vals Quartz, Grigio Perla, Verde Luana, Verde Antigua and Luana Multicolour, applied seamlessly across all walls and flooring. This will be complemented by bespoke joinery, alongside fully integrated lighting and AV systems. By lowering the ceiling, the space now accommodates an entirely new M&E package, enhancing usability and delivering a truly high-end, intelligent experience.
New Year, New Faces
We kicked the year off by welcoming two new team members to ACT, Chloe Vega and Jack Higgins.
Chloe, ACT’s new Design & Marketing Executive, brings a fresh, creative flair and design eye to our marketing team. A Graphic Designer by trade, Chloe will be crafting high-impact design assets and content that truly engages our audiences. After moving to the UK from New Zealand nearly two years ago, she’s the perfect fit for our kiwi-owned company. We also welcomed Jack Higgins, our new Quantity Surveyor, to the team who brings nearly a decade of experience across commercial, residential and aviation sectors to the team.
